“Earthing” in a lulling environment
Ever heard of the practice of earthing and its benefits?
We drive into a beautiful little valley. After a short stop for a coffee and a local snack, the drive takes us to a beautiful spot where a lush beech forest wraps around a reservoir. The perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and, since there is no connection, enjoy a moment of digital detox. This almost hypnotic setting has a lulling effect on the senses. Here we will choose whether to take off our shoes for some “earthing” and relax and discharge for a while, take an invigorating swim in the clear waters of the reservoir or a leisurely stroll along the path that surrounds the reservoir among the trees.
Back in the van our day continues through an absolutely bucolic space visiting small and peaceful rural villages that we access by mountain tracks little traveled, passing homesteads while enjoying privileged views of an environment in which its inhabitants keep alive ways of life and celebrations passed down from generation to generation for a long, loooooong time...
And, of course, lunch will be awaiting us in a delicious grill restaurant before returning to your accommodation.
