Euskal Roots across the old kingdom of NAVARRE
The tours that you will find in this section cover some valleys of the Navarrese Pyrenees par excellence, both for their millenary tradition and culture, as well as for their characteristic relief. At the bottom of the green upholstered basin rise soft mountains of modest altitude but privileged views over the surrounding environment, in which remains an important forest mass dominated by species such as beech and oak mainly.
In addition to its characteristic landscape, this area maintains an enviable gastronomic tradition. Pretty much everything here is fresh and tasty “slow & km-zero food”.
We must bear in mind that, when we mention the Navarre Pyrenees, we are referring to an area that extends on both sides of the French-Spanish border. And a word of warning: these roads are not suitable for those who get carsick easily, so bring an anti-seasickness remedy if this is your case.
A bucolic and rural getaway with a stop in an environment that soothes the senses for “earthing”, digital detox and stress relief. And we will still have time to soak up that bit of cool “Basque thing” as well.
“Earthing” in a lulling environment
