What a great tandem! Not many options can compete with these two when it comes to cooking and enhancing the flavor of any food, in addition to all the health benefits that come with their proper use, of course.

We will start by visiting an ancient salt mine, declared world human heritage, which is currently in an advanced stage of recovery and producing an excellent gourmet product. Then we will continue with a visit to a trujal or olive oil mill, where we will learn as much as possible about the “liquid gold”.

Two fundamental pillars of Mediterranean civilization. Together with wine, they form a trinity and, since we will be in the Rioja region, we will also enjoy the latter with a succulent local meal.
